What just happened?

I really did not expect Kamala Harris to lose the popular vote. That was really not on my bingo card.

When I moved back home to Huntsville, AL one of the things I was excited about was the opportunity to better understand America outside the liberal coastal superstar cities. I wanted to understand who is voting for Trump, and why.

And yet, when I got here I needed to make friends and, perhaps not shockingly, none of them turned out to be Republicans.
