TFW the worst person you know makes a good point

I really fucked myself by putting in writing that I want this newsletter to be more than a take machine, but “a place to read about politics (and social science and economics) where the value-add is something other than information and/or analysis that makes you angry and/or fearful.”

In my defense, my dad asked me what I thought about J.D. Vance, Trump’s VP pick.

So this is my answer to him. I can’t guarantee that reading it won’t make you angry and/or fearful. I’ll admit to being a bit of both myself, having written it.

But I do, at least, close with an idea. As I learned in the Koch Associate Program, no bitch without a pitch.
