Today, we’re talking about health. Now, a few people might claim that their quality of life is better after sickness, injury, or disability. But I feel safe saying that the vast majority of people, the vast majority of the time, would choose health.
So, are people healthier, on average, in the cities or the country in the US?
TL;DR: Rural folks in the US are, on average, mentally and physically sicker than urban residents. They tend to die earlier, from a litany of illnesses.
