I wrote in my last therapy homework post about how doing the dishes right away helps me feel like less of a bad person.
This week in our session I said I often feel “gently raked across the coals.”
Therapist suggested I name the part of me who makes me feel like that.
I thought for a moment. I told him it was really hard.
