Yesterday, I wrote about why I believe, and why I’m motivated to believe, that mental health is worse in rural areas than in cities. And yet, while watching a documentary about poor mental health among Colorado agriculture workers, my disagreeableness had me questioning my priors.
Today I want to follow up with some thoughts about the four main factors discussed in the documentary as contributing to poor mental health among farmers and ranchers in Colorado.
