I've been following Jonathan Haidt's series on this and he cites evidence that at least the whole Anglosphere has seen increases in teen anxiety: https://jonathanhaidt.substack.com/p/international-mental-illness-part-one

Did the other Anglosphere countries have similar overall increases in economic precarity to the US over that time period? Honest question, I don't know, either yes or no seems plausible. Best argument for yes I can think of is the similarly tight housing markets across those countries.
