Demand for male breadwinners exceeds supply

There’s a ton of interesting data in Pew’s recent report: How Americans See Men and Masculinity (via a recent post by Dr. Alice Evans).

One point I wanted to address in particular was the gap between expectations and reality when it comes to husbands. I wonder how this gap might be impacting declining rates of dating, marriage, and fertility.
