Beat loneliness by fighting with your friends

I was going to call this one “Learning about rupture and repair.” But mama has bills to pay and she is not above a little click-bait.

My long-time babies will know that I’ve spent a lot of time reading, writing, and thinking about loneliness. I still can’t point to one thing and say, “This is the main cause.” Or, “This is the best solution.”

As I’ve written, I have mixed feelings about self-help. But just know that if I had a systemic solution I’d prioritize sharing that over advice for individuals. Unfortunately, all I have for you today is my experience.
